Stanislaus 2030 began in 2021 as an ambitious sprint to identify bold strategies to revitalize the local economy. The initiative, led by Stanislaus Community Foundation and the Stanislaus County Board of Supervisors/Chief Executive Office, included partners from local business, higher education and community based and labor organizations.

The first phase of Stanislaus 2030 culminated in a far-reaching Investment Blueprint, with strategies for small business dynamism, childcare, workforce development and new industry cluster development.

The Investment Blueprint strategies are advancing into implementation with two key teams: BEAM Circular is focused on Bio-industrial manufacturing, incubated at Opportunity Stanislaus. Stanislaus 2030, a public-private partnership focused on small business, childcare and talent development, is incubated by Stanislaus Community Foundation.
