Liana Herrera

Liana Herrera is in her first semester at Modesto Junior College and is majoring in Communications. She hopes to transfer to a four-year college or university to study Public Relations. She enjoys working with kids in the classroom during tutoring and in the pool while coaching and giving swimming lessons. She worked closely with marketing teams to expand knowledge of brands and coordinate events.  

As a NextGen on Board Fellow, Liana is serving a two-year term on NPO Board of Directors beginning October 2025.
