Jeanette Reyes

Jeanette Reyes Garnica is a fellow with the NextGen on Board Program through the Stanislaus Community Foundation in Modesto, CA. A proud graduate of San José State University, they hold a B.A. in Chicano and Chicana Studies with an emphasis on community engagement. Jeanette currently serves as an Outreach and Engagement Specialist in the Stanislaus area, where she focuses on fostering youth empowerment and building strong social connections. A 2025 graduate of the City Ministry Network’s Latino Leadership Initiative, they are always seeking meaningful ways to support and uplift their community. Through this program, Jeanette hopes to grow into a well-versed and impactful board member, contributing both their tenacity and her innovative spirit to the work ahead.

As a NextGen on Board Fellow, Jeanette is serving a two-year term on NPO Board of Directors beginning October 2025.
