Caroline Mendiola

Caroline Mendiola, a resident of Modesto, is a fourth-year student at Stanislaus State studying Business. After her graduation in Spring 2026, she hopes to find a path that leads her towards a career in Management, Human Resources, or Operations and continue creating theatre locally with other members of our community. Eventually, she would like to continue her education and receive her MBA. After dedicating several years to the stage, she took a hiatus from performing to focus on enhancing her technical theatre skills backstage. In 2024 she co-founded MAGICBOXPlayers, a theatre company focused on live theatre for young audiences. When not immersed in the world of musical theatre, you can find her working behind the scenes with Opera Modesto in Administration and Marketing. 

As a NextGen on Board Fellow, Caroline is serving a two-year term on NPO Board of Directors beginning October 2025.
